Greetings from the MLOC1 Cohort !
Sláinte! We are excited to share that our cohort is in Dublin, Ireland, as part of one of the two residency experiences in the program. Our first residency brought us together on campus during the final week of August, and now we look forward to reconnecting in person for the second time during this international experience.
Throughout this academic journey, we have grown into a close and supportive community despite the many miles between us. It’s been so amazing to see how classmates from New Jersey, Arizona, Mississippi, Indiana, and Pennsylvania came together to form a close-knit community. There is a shared sense of excitement – excitement to learn together again, reconnect face-to-face, and experience Ireland as a cohort.
During our time in Dublin, we will be consulting for 3 companies on these initiatives:
An artificial Intelligence innovation diffusion initiative
Re-orienting and implementing new EVP/Reframing development beyond promotion
Addressing better communication, unified vision/purpose, and cross-section/program collaboration
We hope to share highlights from our experience throughout the week and upon our return.
We are so grateful to be accompanied by our esteemed faculty: Ronald Fry, Ellen Van Oosten, and Ana Codita. We also want to express our appreciation of the many alumni, professors, and leaders who have shaped and continued to evolve this program. Because of them (and you!) we have been creating experiences that foster lifelong friendships, meaningful personal growth, and a deeper understanding of ourselves in a constantly changing world.
As someone recently shared, “I didn’t know I needed this!”; In many ways, that sentiment captures what this experience has become for so many: A truly priceless gift.
