In order to bring this vision to the market, we are looking for you (m/f/d) for our 12-month traineeship in our practice in permanent employment, preferably at our location Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt

What to expect

  • You control the strategic development and subsequent implementation of exciting employer branding projects
  • You are the contact person for the customer advisors and support them in projects around the topic of employee engagement
  • You are responsible for internal communication with our employees and thus help us to position ourselves internally
  • You are involved in restructuring processes and are responsible for the creation of schedules, schedules, or Q and A’s
  • With your precise way of working, you support your team in the correction of important documents and ensure a high quality standard

Our traineeship means you:

  • As a trainee, you start with us directly with a permanent employment contract
  • During the 12-month traineeship, you will receive an above-average monthly salary of €2,500 and a monthly travel allowance of €50
  • You want a perspective? So do we! That’s why we automatically promote you to Account Executive after your traineeship with a monthly salary of € 3,000
  • Your personal and professional development is our focus, so that you have the opportunity to participate in many different trainings and further education
  • Network with trainees from the other practices at great events such as our trainee camp

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in communication, literature, marketing, or similar
  • You are interested in internal communication (strategies)
  • You have already been able to write your first texts independently and have fun
  • You are well-versed in dealing with the common MS Office products
  • You are strong in communication in German, as well as in English in spoken and written
  • A careful and structured way of working as well as good time management round off your profile
