  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • 6 years of experience in adult learning, leadership development and/or organizational effectiveness
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record with strategic goal accomplishment on large initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to tie threads with other business areas to revolutionize company goals
  • Demonstrated ability to connect trends in team processes to long-term strategy goals
  • Experience with learning management platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8 years of leadership experience
  • 8 years of experience in training, leadership development and/or organizational effectiveness
  • Master’s degree in training and development, organizational behavior, i-o psychology or related field

Summary

The Vice President, Global Learning and Development is responsible for leading teams who design, execute and measure development programming to provide a continuous learning environment that supports overall business objectives.  

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand existing development gaps and identify program needs to inform the organization-wide learning and development strategy
  • Review training techniques and programs for inefficiencies and provide recommendations to improve the engagement, performance and mobility of team members across the organization
  • Partner with talent acquisition senior leadership to identify training needs and solutions so recruiters continue to select and attract top talent
  • Review the measurement of all training programs to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and include mechanisms for ongoing analysis
  • Support the organization with the appropriate learning management system that includes the organization’s learning, development, compliance and other needs
  • Ensure all development programming is equitable and actively builds support for the engagement and development of minority team members at the company
