Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-boarding training curriculums to PDS new hires
  • Develop, deliver, and evolve learning and development programs to support the PDS 5-phase process
  • Develop, deliver, and evolve learning and development programs to support project management soft skills
  • Develop and deliver national and regional communications
  • Support change management assessments to assist in the development and execution of communications, training, and resistance management plans
  • Become an expert at the project management process and tools
  • Keep training materials up to date based on changes to process/systems
  • Support platform administration to track training program participation and completions

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of practical experience in project management required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level internal and external clients
  • Experience and comfort with conducting training and/or large group class-room facilitation, delivery and techniques
  • Ability to learn system functionality quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Flexibility with work hours and overnight travel required (up to 30% overnight travel is possible during peak workload)

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

  • Passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring others
  • Ability to produce effective training materials (i.e. social media content, e-learning courses, virtual webinar content, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret business scenarios to translate and communicate how to apply the PDS project management process to that scenario
