Non-Tenure Track Associate Professor or Professor of Organizational Behavior (OB) – Case Western Reserve University – Cleveland, OH

We are seeking a full-time, non-tenure track associate professor or professor of organizational behavior to serve as the faculty director of our globally recognized Master of Positive Organization Development (MPOD) program and teach courses in our MPOD, undergraduate, and MBA programs, to begin on July 1, 2023. The person accepting this position will be responsible for MPOD program student recruitment, retention and development, thought leadership and implementation of the MPOD mastery learning curriculum, leading the program faculty team, collaboration with the associate director and other staff, engaging with organizations, alumni relations, program marketing, accreditation reporting, and instruction in a variety of areas such as organization development, strategic change management, organizational behavior, organization design, and action learning.

Candidates should have:

·        a PhD in OB, management or a related social science field

·        an excellent teaching record including the application of experiential learning methods with adult learners

·        experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or master’s levels

·        expertise in leading or advising organizational development and change projects

·        demonstrated ability to organize and facilitate programs, courses, and field projects with student teams in organizational

·        Publications targeted at practitioner audiences are desirable
