We are accepting applications for a scholar-practitioner who will serve as a faculty member in the department and leader of our Leading Equity and Inclusion in Organizations Certificate (LEIOC) and related curriculum. This requires expertise in talent management and organizational effectiveness, as well as justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in organizations. Possible areas of focus might include: measuring employee engagement, culture, and change (including social network analysis); agility and evidence-based approaches to change management; cross-cultural leadership and competencies; or, other areas relevant to next-generation organizational development and design justice
Candidates must have a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in a related field (e.g., I-O psychology, organizational behavior, organizational development, sociology, etc.) and demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching.
