Manager, Diversity and Employee Programs – Paladina Health LLC – Denver, CO


We are looking for a tech-savvy Diversity and Employee Programs Manager to lead a variety of programs to support Paladina’s overall People and Talent strategies.  You will specialize in creating a positive, rewarding, mission/values-based work environment and culture.  You will also help ensure that teammates feel valued and invested in their work.  To accomplish these objectives, you will become knowledgeable in all HR programs and our operations in order to understand the context in which our teammates work.  You will be the direct liaison between teammates, HR, Marketing and IT teams to ensure that our teammates are engaged, supported, and knowledgeable in their work at our company.  This role reports to the Director of Talent and Teammate Experience. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute an internal teammate communications strategy and plan
  • Communicate essential messages creatively through a variety of platforms including email, Microsoft Teams and the Paladina Intranet
  • Consult and coach a variety of leaders to assist with their communications needs. Storyboard or translate ideas for teams in order to ensure that information and processes are widely disseminated and understood
  • Lead the cross-functional communications team to ensure that efficient processes are enabled, and communication flows are clear
  • For designated organizational initiatives and events, develop and execute a communication and change management strategy
  • Help drive intranet adoption, working with IT and stakeholders to build a user-friendly experience
  • Design and facilitate remote and in-person leadership meetings and Town Halls
  • Support the development of our internal HR brand, along with our external talent brand in the marketplace
  • Use various means (e.g., focus groups, surveys, internal interviews) to seek out and respond to feedback from teammates about communications and people programs to support our continuous improvement
  • Create printed communications and instructional materials to be used in communications, in conjunction with marketing. (e.g., letters, speaking points, reinforcement/reminder posters)
  • This role will be responsible for Teammate Experience programs as required (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion, Teammate Engagement, Talent Management, Wellness, Retention)
  • Create standardization and efficiency for the People lifecycle, calendar events, as well as processes and initiatives to support delivery of the People strategy

  • Bachelor’s degree required: ideally in business, communications, marketing or HR
  • Previous experience working in a communications role preferred
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Experience facilitating calls / meetings preferred
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Personal integrity, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Adobe design products a plus
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple communications and projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
