Pay Range: $76,224.00 – $105,189.00 based on qualifications and experience*

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE: • Master’s or PhD Degree in counseling or related fields with a minimum of 5 years post license clinical experience required • Experience in the EAP field of organizational mental health highly desired • Experience and interest in serving underserved communities strongly preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS: • Colorado State Licensure in mental health field • Criminal background check required for hire • Valid Colorado driver’s license • Affiliation with National Professional Association
