Do you sometimes feel you get in your own way of being effective with your colleagues and clients?
WHAT: Each month for a year, we will meet by Zoom call to discuss real challenges and opportunities experienced by USCoP members. These encounters will have rich potential for personal learning.
HOW: This won’t be a classic advice-sharing group. We will mutually support one another by examining the mental models behind actions taken by a USCoP member that didn’t go as planned. Every member will have a chance to present a case and be supported by the group. We will leave each session with insights about our habits of mind and how to see and reframe them to improve our professional interactions.
WHO: MOD/MPOD alums who practice OD in some form. The group will be limited to MOD/MPOD alums, who will form a learning and practice cohort. After our second session in June, membership will be closed to up to 10 people who are willing to commit to participating in at least 10 of the 12 sessions.
WHEN: Our first call will be Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM Eastern. We’ll review the proposed approach and agree to a regular meeting time.
Please contact Argerie (see above) to get the invitation to this CoP.

What CoP do YOU want to launch? We’ll provide tips and best practices for getting started when you share your idea here.
