B2B Commercial Change Management- Principal Associate

The Commercial Bank’s B2B Payments Product team is transforming how businesses operate, building top-tier customer and associate experiences using secure, best in class technology. The team is responsible for all of the payables, receivables, and liquidity products used by commercial clients as well as associate-facing tools used by operations and sales support.
The Product Excellence team within the Commercial Bank’s B2B Payments team is the backbone of how our product team operates.

The role of Change Management in Product Excellence will be responsible for leading the people side of change to help achieve our goals in B2B Payments. This includes creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize associate adoption and usage in a highly collaborative working environment. The Change Management Manager works to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact associates in the organization to increase value creation.
Additionally, this role will require leading strategic communications across a diverse and large scale organization to enable transformation.

General Responsibilities:
Experience in leading change management activities on a large project/program.
Ability to gather end user impacts and create change, communication and training plans.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage work, budget, scope, priorities and risks.
Successful track record in working in ambiguity and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and project direction.
Experience in applying various change management methodologies
Provides tactical support to implement a strategy in support of change management project and initiatives
Drives implementation of change management initiatives across the Finance organization
Identifies and analyzes risk mitigation tactics and integrates change management activities into project plan
Partners with other leaders in order to impact change across the organization
Understands key priorities and complex issues quickly for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications
Measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Support change management at the organizational level
Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 1 Years of Project Management experience
At least 2 Years of Change Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management
At least 4 years of Project Management experience
At least 1 years of People Management experience

At least 2 years Experience developing Change management metrics

At least 1 year experience with Design
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
