I was especially intrigued by the work of both David Cooperrider and Richard Boyatzis – their research inspired me to create my own model for Leadership Development while in the program. In addition, I enjoyed meeting Jeremy Hunter and learning directly from him about his approach to teaching Mindfulness. Through MPOD I also had the pleasure of connecting with Jackie Stevenson and participating in her amazing Experiential Learning with Horses Professional Practitioner Certificate Program. Thank you Case Western for supporting this pioneering Masters Degree Program in the State of Ohio!
